Employees and patrons for Bikinis Bar and Grill on E. 6th St. march down Congress Ave. towards City Hall to voice their opinion to save their bright, large neon sign which they say the city approved and then changed their mind once the Historic Landmark Commission deemed it inappropriate for that building.
